Supporting the new curriculum for music with fun and stimulating lessons for all in an environment the children will love!
The Ka Boogie bus is the most exciting development in music and media education in the UK.
The Ka Boogie bus programs are held in a Hi-tech mobile recording studio/classroom that visits schools providing music lessons, song writing workshops, curriculum linked singing sessions.
All of which are designed to support the new music curriculum.
Pre-school singing and percussion for 0-3 year olds
(Baby changing facilities on board), DJ mixing sessions using state of the art decks and much more.
Ka Boogie provides the classroom, the teacher, the activities, and the equipment in one complete package.
The Music bus is the brainchild of passionate music educator John Parkin who has 24 years experience working with children from foundation stage to key stage 4. John has also worked in special schools, working with children with a variety of difficulties including MLD, EBD, and autism.
The Ka Boogie bus is able to comfortably accommodate a class of children plus teaching staff; it has wheel chair access and can be offered for curriculum time or as a reward for children with excellent achievement, good behaviour or 100% attendance.
GarageBand is an innovative and exciting music app that is available on Apple devices and computers.
It has been designed to make composing and recording music both simple and fun with outstanding results.
Many schools now have IPads, but programs such as GarageBand are rarely used to their full potential (if at all) because the staff may have had very little musical experience themselves and don’t feel they have the confidence necessary to deliver this kind of music lesson.
This is where Ka Boogie can help.
As it has now been nationally recognised that GarageBand is a great tool to help deliver part of the new Music curriculum, we have tailored a fun workshop to give your staff and pupils the knowledge and confidence to unlock this exciting new world of music composing and production. GarageBand is a great way to get children interested in learning how to compose music; it will make them so enthusiastic about the subject they will want to keep on learning!
They will go on developing their skills long after we have gone.
